Who we are

MAGCOR Inc., a demolition, excavation, underpinning, and abatement contractor based in Toronto, Ontario. SMS messages are sent from our toll-free number +1 (833) 567-0888.

What messages you'll receive

By opting in, you agree to receive operational SMS messages from MAGCOR, which may include:

Schedule changes — when an assignment is created, modified, or cancelled.
Daily report reminders — at the end of a workday on which you are scheduled.
Operational broadcasts — weather alerts, safety notices, or other time-sensitive messages from your supervisor.

Example messages:

MAGCOR: Your 7:00 AM pickup at the yard for 76 Grenadier Rd is confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out.

MAGCOR: Reminder to submit today's daily report for 14 Palisades. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. A typical week is between 0 and 10 messages depending on your schedule. There is no fixed cadence — messages are sent only when there is operational information to share.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. MAGCOR does not charge for messages.

Opt-in

To opt in, check the "I agree to receive SMS messages from MAGCOR" box on your worker profile within the MAGCOR Company Platform. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of employment.

Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any MAGCOR message. Your opt-out is effective immediately. You can also ask an administrator to update your profile.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers, including Bell, Rogers, Telus, and their affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of your phone number and message content is described in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and SMS content are shared only with Twilio Inc. (our SMS delivery provider) and are never used for marketing.
